Borner

Great product. Very similar to the Borner v slicer we bought over 40 years ago which has only just broken after being used on a regular basis. We were so pleased to find we could still buy this slicer. I inadvertently ordered the wrong slicer from Borner and they were very prompt in sorting this out for us. Love this Rossi grater. Had one for many years and it broke after years of use.
I was so happy to find this product on your website as have looked for ages to find a replacement with no luck so thank you for stocking this grater I use it all the time for a more corse grate in salads etc. service excellent also.

Who knows? There might be better out there, but I have had once for close to 30 years. I bought them as gifts for my daughters, and I'll probably buy them again for my grandchildren when they start cooking for themselves. I only quit my old one when the holder broke and some teeth fell out of one of the inserts. Slices perfectly, sharp forever and, most importantly, I have never cut myself due to the safety-first design. Not like others in my family who think a knife is all you need. Wrong.
