V5 – The versatile vegetable slicer for precision cutting.

The latest addition to our vegetable slicers makes cutting fruit and vegetables a special experience. Not only do they work faster, but the height-adjustable inserts also make them more precise. The Basic Set of the V5 PowerLine slicer allows for a total of four cutting thicknesses. If you also like to cut julienne strips, sticks and cubes from raw vegetables, you will enjoy the Starter Set with its two additional inserts.

With 4 different slice thicknesses, 4 different strip thicknesses and 2 different cube thicknesses, the V5 is the most versatile of our vegetable slicers. 

What else makes the V5 so special? With a 90° rotation of the food in the food safety holder enables you to cut perfect cubes (No manual slicing of the food with a knife required first). If you want to cut very fine slices for dishes such as tomato carpaccio, you should choose the V5 vegetable slicer, because with the smallest setting it allows you to cut slices up to 1.2 mm.
