Borner is known for its sharp blades. That's why we want to protect your hands too. The safety food holder ensures safe and fast work, as the finger cover protects you from the blades. The food holder also allows you to grate fruit and vegetables right down to the last bit without it becoming dangerous. This means less is wasted. We recommend using the safety food holder with all of our graters and slicers, as this is the only way to work safely.
